Nothing contained in this clause shall limit any right of the Lender to commence any legal action or proceedings arising in relation to the Finance Consultancy Application or the Finance Consultancy Application Documents in any other court, tribunal or another appropriate forum, competent jurisdiction and the Borrower and/or the Guarantor hereby consent to that jurisdiction.
