Terms & Conditions

The followings are the terms and conditions for Customers and Employees. So, these will apply as per your role.

Mani Finances wishes to procure the services under the terms and conditions set forth and the user/customer wishes to be associated with these terms and conditions.

Therefore, in consideration of the agreements contained in this, the parties, intending to be legally bound, agree to the authenticity of the following:

  • Information from you, such as applications or other forms (which include your name, address, marital status, employment, assets and income); and
  • Information about you, your accounts, and your holdings and transactions that we receive from you or others, such as account custodians, brokers, and other financial services firms, banks, etc.

If the company by any source comes across by anyone bad-mouthing or defaming the company's reputation or company's members then strict legal action will be taken against the individual or group.

We're also serious about protecting our users by addressing potential privacy concerns. Our terms and condition guidelines apply to all users across the world. These terms and conditions apply to all information, in whatever form, relating to Mani Finances’ business activities worldwide, and to all information handled by Mani Finances, relating to other organizations with whom it deals. It also covers all IT and information communications facilities operated by Mani Finances or on its behalf.

MEMBERSHIP CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RETURN POLICY:

  1. Membership Card fee is refundable only as per the company’s Refund & Return Policy.
  2. The Mani Finances Membership Card is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiry and the card may not be used by any person other than the cardholder.
  3. The Membership Card is not a payment card or credit card.
  4. Renewal terms and conditions are at the discretion of Mani Finances.

CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Membership Card fee is refundable only as per the company’s Refund & Return Policy.
  2. The company only takes the cost of the Membership Card. No other tip of service is charged.
  3. The membership card is not an ATM, DEBIT, or CREDIT CARD. Customers can use that card only for Finances Consultancy purposes with given benefits. Also, buying a Membership Card lets you apply for a Consultancy Services and it doesn’t guarantee Finances approval as the final  approval depends on the banks and the customer profile. If the Application is rejected, you can still avail other benefits of the Membership Card.
  4. If a customer is viewing any advertisement/promotional content of the company and then approaching the company thinking that he/she will get the Final approval based on the advertisement, then it must be noted that a  application will only be submitted once the customer buys Mani Finances’ Membership Card. Even after buying the membership card, the final Finances approval depends on the bank(s) and customer profile. If the customer’s profile doesn’t match with eligibility criteria, he/she won’t be able to get a Final Approval of Finances. Still, they can avail other benefits of the membership card.
  5. Membership Cards can be used by the customer or referral person.
  6. If customer reference does payment through customer own referral link which is provided by the company and if that shows in customer's portal then the only company will give the payout of that customer.
  7. If the customer Application is approved in our company and he/she denies that  approval then the card payment would not be refundable.
  8. The documents, cheques, and OTP that the company's employee asks the customer is for the processing of the Application for Finances Consultancy, the company is not responsible if any problems/disputes arise in the future.
  9. If you do not give an OTP to the company's employee for the Application process, then your file will be rejected. (According to the criteria, if your file matches without OTP, your Application will be processed).
  10. If our company's executive asks you for any transaction OTP, do not provide that transaction OTP.
  11. If a customer has any queries regarding the Application process then he/she would have to contact that department where their files are in process.
  12. We will verify your documents in multiple banks; so whatever documents are submitted by customers in our company that will match with any bank criteria, in that bank only we will proceed with the Finances Consultancy Application process. (For example, if your file will match in 2 banks then our company's login department will log in your document only on that 2 banks. The verification is done by the company's employee. The company or bank will not give any proof for that.
  13. The document will be verified by the company in multiple banks. If your documents match the criteria of the bank, then the login process will be done in that bank. If your documents do not match the criteria of a bank, the company will give you a solution. You can take the solution and reapply.
  14. It is not fixed that the customer file will be logged in only certain banks. It may be verified in other banks also, depending on the customer file.
  15. Our company is not taking extra charges other than membership card charges. If any third-party charges you then our company is not responsible for that.
  16. There are no processing or file charges for customer Application approval. There is only one charge and that's only for the Membership Card - for a validity of 3 years.
  17. If a customer file is logged in uncoded banks, then the customer has to pay charges separately.
  18. Our company will log in customer files as per their requirements. (Example: If customer requirement is INR 2 lakhs and if some bank criteria are up to INR 1 Lakh then we will not log in their file in that bank.
  19. If the customer explains to us their profile and questions us whether their Application will be approved or not, to answer that, the Application approval estimated ratio is 60% and 40% means 60% chances of approval and 40% chances of rejection. So, If your file gets rejected in our company then the customer shouldn't argue for that. Because the company is not taking any guarantee for the Finance.
  20. Once the customer file is rejected in our company then any bank can reopen that file for processing. But code activation time is dependent on various banks, ranging from 3 to 4 months. If approval will come from that bank within that code activation time then only company reference would be applicable. So, the customer would not have any doubt that the Application has been taken from his/her own or someone else's reference. After a code deactivation, if the  Application is approved by that bank then there is no responsibility of our company.
  21. Wherever the customer file is logged in by the company, these details will not be given to any customer in written or digital form.
  22. Whatever documents submitted by the customer are secure in our company. We are using those documents only for Customers Finances Consultancy Application purposes. If documents are misused by any other sources, then the company will not be responsible for that.
  23. Finances Consultancy Offers and pre-approval offers process depends only on the bank's rules and that type of offers will be given only on customer behaviour. So, there is so much difference between that type of process and the company's process. If that customers Application is approved by another company then the customer can't blame our company.
  24. Finances approval depends on your profile so if your documents are perfect then you will get a Disbursal of your application from the banks where we have applied on your behalf.
  25. The Finances Application progress information is only given to that person who has applied for the Membership Card and had provided the documents to us for Processing there application.
  26. During the Finances Application processing time, if any customer would not be in contact with us for 7 days, then that file will be rejected by our company.
  27. If your file is rejected in our company, then the customer has to make sure that they have to re-submit their documents with the solution in our company after 6 months.
  28. The company is not responsible if the customer Finances Consultancy Application is rejected by queries.
  29. If your file gets rejected in our company then also membership card payment would not be refundable as it has validity of 3 years so customers can re-apply within this validity period.
  30. After processing the application if the customer cancels the file, then Membership Card payment is not refundable.
  31. If the customer will apply for the first time but his/her Application is rejected by banks  then the company will give them reason and solution for that. So at re-applying time if the customer will not re-submit a file with a solution then the file will be again rejected  for the same reason.
  32. The company will provide only the reason for rejection to the customer application and it would not be provided in the form of hard or soft copy. Some banks only provide general reasons, they don't give us any specific reason so the customer should not complain about that.
  33. The customer has to give correct information about their CIBIL SCORE and PROFILE. If the customer gives wrong information, then the company will not be responsible for Application rejection.
  34. The company will not be providing any CIBIL REPORT or VALUATION REPORT in digital or hard copy to any customer in any situation.
  35. Bank charges are applicable as per banks rules and regulations.
  36. The company will take legal action against the customer who submitted fake documents.
  37. After logging in your file, the customer has to contact only the login department, not any telecaller or other department.
  38. The person who has already applied in the same bank, then our company will not apply in that bank.
  39. During the Finances Consultancy Application process if the rules of any bank change, then we have to follow those new rules.
  40. The person who needs a Finances Consultancy only has to apply for the finances consultancy Application process.
  41. The customer has to give their registered phone number for being contacted by the login department.
  42. After completing the customers Finances consultancy Application process, the customer has to cancel their cheque by visiting the concerned bank only.
  43. During the Finances consultancy processing time, if the company gets any queries and it is not solving that in the given time, then the company can take more time for that. So, the customer must not complain about the same.
  44. If the customer wants to reapply in our company after file rejection or approval, then he/she has to re-submit their documents in the customer login menu.
  45. When you are applying for a Finances consultancy  on our website, we are showing you only your Eligibility for the Finances Consultancy Application. So whatever details you enter on the website are accepted by software only, and that only shows your pre-approval and not your final approval. Approval only depends on your documents. We are not giving you any guarantee for that.
  46. The Membership Card is shown on our websites during the processing time, which shows only for demo purposes. So that's not your real membership card. In that, whatever details are entered by the customer are accepted by the software and the system shows you the pre-approval depending on the customer details. The customer will get a card after completing the entire process of the Finances consultancy on our website.
  47. The company's privacy policy, terms and conditions are also applicable to marketing and advertising.
  48. Marketing contains any advertisement, page update, post, video, SMS, E-mails, banners, social media updates or any type of content.
  49. The customer's payment is executed by third-party payment sources. So whenever payment would be received by the company then only membership cards or codes will be generated. If a customer's payment would be debited from his/her account but we don't receive any payment in the company's account then the company will not be responsible for that.
  50. For any customer's payout, Account verification is compulsory. If your account is not verified in our company and once payment is credited from the company's account then the company is not responsible for entertaining any queries.
  51. Our company is a Proprietorship company and we are tied up with banks/NBFC Company so we are providing Finances consultancy through banks/NBFC Company only.
  52. Multiple banks'/NBFC  logos are shown on our website only for our company's marketing purpose. That banks' logos only show that our company is tied up with those banks/NBFC. That's not any bank's/NBFC advertisement.
  53. If anyone takes any legal action against the company then only our legal advisor would be dealing with that and Surat, Gujarat will only remain the jurisdiction for any legal procedure. No one would be able to contact any employee or director of our company.
  54. A vocal statement would not be acceptable. Only the signed agreements would be acceptable for any customer.
  55. The detailed terms and conditions are with the head office which is the core baseline to all the above-stated terms and conditions.
  56. There are no age eligibility criteria for buying a membership card. Banks and NBFCs have their age criteria which everyone has to follow.
  57. For referral payout, the customer will have to complete the payout agreement with Mani Finances; without an agreement, no payout will be given to anyone.

REFERENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Reference payout would be given to them as per rules and regulations of our company.
  2. Our company will give payout only on membership cards; it does not depend on reference approval or rejection.
  3. Whether the customer Application is approved or not, that only depends on the customer profile and the company does not give any guarantee for that.
  4. If customers are giving a reference in our company for Finances Consultancy purposes, for that we have some criteria. The customer has to give a reference based on that criteria. The company is not giving you any type of guarantee for the Application approval in any situation at any cost so customers who give a reference have to agree with the decision of that file's login department.
  5. The Company will not take any responsibility for any fake commitments given by the referral person.
  6. The Customer's terms and conditions are also applicable for the reference persons.
  7. Reference customer's payment is done through third-party payment sources. So whenever payment would be received by the company then only the membership card or code will be generated. If the customer's payment is debited from his/her account but the company doesn't receive any payment in the company's account then the company will not be responsible for any queries.
  8. During Finances Consultancy offers, if any reference customer will do the online Application process then the company will give the payout up to 30% per membership card to the customer. But before that, invoice generation is most important for any payout process.
  9. If the customer of reference will do an online process then the customer's payout will be given to the referral partner. But during processing time, if the company would refund that amount to the customer for any reason, then that customer's payout will be cut out from the reference person's next payout.
  10. Any customer of reference will do an online process and that customer's payout will be pending from our company and during processing time if the company refunds that amount to the customer for any reason then that customer's payout will be cut out from the reference person's current payout.
  11. Whatever documents are submitted by a reference person, they will be secure in our company. If documents will be misused by any other sources in future then our company is not responsible for that.
  12. If a referral partner would not submit their agreement to the company within 30 days then all payout of their customers would be cancelled.
  13. If anyone takes any legal action against the company then only our legal advisor would be dealing with that and Surat, Gujarat remains the only junction for any legal procedure. No one can contact any employee or director of our company.
  14. A vocal statement would not be acceptable. Only the signed agreement would be acceptable for any referral person.

  16. For referral Payout, the customer will have to complete the payout agreement with Mani Finances, without agreement no payout will be given to anyone.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. If the login department fails to solve the customer queries with accuracy, dedication and responsibility, then the login department agency will be cancelled by the company.
  2. The Customer's Finances Consultancy Application process will take more days due to any festival.
  3. The Company's privacy policy, terms and conditions are also applicable to marketing and advertising.
  4. If anyone has GST then they have to add the GST number in their portal. So Company will provide a GST RETURN to them.
  5. The Company is using Blogs for their advertising, so that content could be of the third party, so the company doesn't take guarantee of the information to be correct or incorrect.
  6. If the customer has any dispute or query regarding the company's policy, product or service, he/she will have to accept the company's stated solution only.
  7. If customers, employees, any other person, or any other party has a problem with the company then they have to inform that problem to our company through notice; so, we can try to give you a solution of that but after that, any of them want to take a legal action then they have to inform the company through notice. Only then, the legal process will be started.
  8. If customers, employees, any other person, any other third party has a problem with the company, then they have to accept the solutions provided by the company.
  9. The Company can change terms and conditions at any time and the same would be effectively applied to all the departments.
  10.  If the customer has taken the services of the company, then the company will be able to use customer photos and names for Testimonials on any platform.
  11. The documents, cheques, and OTP that the company's employee asks the customer is for the processing of their Finances Consultancy Application, the company is not responsible if any problems/disputes arise in the future.
  12. During any process on the website, if there is any kind of mistake that happens due to the software or website technical problems, the final decision on such disputes can only be taken by the company and it has to be accepted by anyone concerned.
  13. The Company's authorized person can change any rules and regulations at any time; the concerned person must be regularly updated with the company’s terms and conditions and has to accept them unconditionally.
  14. All the commitments made by the company’s employees (any employee/person from the company), telecallers, or salespersons, etc. should be cross-checked by any concerned person (customer) from the Terms & Conditions section of ManiFinances.com before availing any of the company’s services. Only the rules and regulations stated on the company website will be considered official.
  15. All the detailed criteria, terms, and information behind any of the company’s concise promotional content (social media ads, banners, SMS, advertisements, emails, etc.) are stated in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy sections of the website. Any concerned person (customer, employee, etc.) must check and accept all the rules and regulations before availing any of the company’s services.
  16. If any Customer Referral’s customer gets a refund (due to any dispute like a payment gateway problem or any other issue) then the referral payout will not be provided (if provided, it would be deducted from the next payout of the customer referral).
  17. While generating the payout for Customer Referrals, the company uses a third-party payment gateway. So, if the payout is stuck and put on hold due to any payment gateway issue (or any other issue), then the payout would be delayed and all the terms and conditions of the third-party payment gateway would be applied. In such cases, the payout will be released only when the third-party payment gateway releases the stuck payment. In case of a payout dispute with any bank, the bank’s criteria will be applied and the payout will be released only when the bank approves the payment.
  18. If there is any dispute that arises between any concerned user (customer, customer referral, etc.) and the company, their account will be disabled immediately by the company. In such a case, the user would be needed to contact the company for any query.
  19. Though in the company’s promotional content it might be communicated that a person can get a personal Finances in just 15 minutes or a business Finances in just 36 hours, the actual Consulting processing takes time depends on the rules and regulations of various banks/NBFC (or the concerned bank). Every customer or any other user must accept this clause and consider the bank’s/NBFC Finances Consultancy Application processing time only.
  20. The Finances Consultancy-related figures, rates, and information used in the promotional content of the company are general and for promotional purposes. The final nature and specifics of the Finances consultancy in terms of the amount, interest rate, repayment tenure, processing fees, insurance, etc., depends solely on the customer profile and the rules and regulations stated by the concerned bank. The final Approval details depend on the criteria set by the concerned bank(s).
  21. Mani Finances’ company name, logo, content, business concept, software and system, pattern, website structure and design, and business process and offers are copyrighted with the company. If any individual or organization uses/copies any of the above-mentioned by even 1%, legal action may be taken against them.
  22. If any person (customer, employee, etc.) is involved in any of the company's processes then the company is authorized to record the phone calls with that person.
  23. If any customer applies for a Finances Consultancy by Purchasing membership card in our company and if any other external person/organization commits fraud with that customer in terms of taking money from you or in any other way then, it will not be the company’s responsibility for any kind of loss faced by the customer.
  24. If any customer data & information, KYC documents, or OTP is misused in future by any third-party, our company and its directors, employees, channel partners, or associate partners, cannot be held responsible for the same in any matter whatsoever including any loss, harm, or damage due to the usage of information from the portal. Customers are advised to bring in their own discretion in such matters. The information provided on the website is of financial nature. It is a mutual understanding that customers association with the website will be at the customer's will, preference and risk.
  25. If any customer’s documents are found to be fraud by the bank/financial institution or there’s any sort of an issue with any customer’s repayment of the Finances amount to the banks/financial institution – then these matters have to be solely between the customer and the bank/financial institution. Our company and its directors, employees, channel partners, or associate partners cannot be held responsible in such cases. If the customer documents are found to be fake and fraud and are used anywhere for any purpose, the company cannot be held responsible for the same.
  26. If any third-party gets a approved on someone else’s identity and documents, then our company and its directors, employees, channel partners, or associate partners cannot be held responsible.
  27. If any of the company’s customers or any third-party wants a legal course, action and proceedings with the company, then only the company’s legal team can be involved. There will absolutely be no involvement of the company’s directors, channel partners, associate partners, or employees in any legal proceeding. For any legal action or proceeding involving our company, Surat, Gujarat shall remain the only jurisdiction.
  28. In case a customer has mistakenly made more than a single payment, the customer will be eligible to get a refund. The customer will have to request a refund within 48 hours of the payment through the Raising A Request section of the website or by calling on the company’s registered contact number.
  29. In case a customer has bought Subscriptions/Memberships from multiple companies that belong to our group of companies, the customer will be eligible to get a refund. The customer will have to request a refund within 48 hours of the payment through the Raising A Request section of the website or by calling on the company’s registered contact number.

CANDIDATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The interview time is fixed.
  2. The interview can't be taken any other time than the time decided by the company.
  3. The Company can ask any questions in the interview.
  4. The candidate will have to appear for the interview as many times as the company asks.
  5. A resume (Xerox) will be mandatory for the interview. The resume will not be returned.  There will be no misuse of the resume.
